New CPA ethics requirement:
The California Board of Accountancy requires all CPAs renewing on active status to obtain at least four hours of general ethics every two years. This seminar has been designed to fulfill this general ethics requirement.
Note: In addition to the four hours of general ethics, CPAs must also complete a two-hour regulatory review course once every six years.
Although this course emphasizes ethics for CPAs, it also meets the two-hour ethics requirement for CTECs and EAs.
