Many of our subscribers have told us that they are again receiving lender letters asking for verification of tax information contained on borrower’s tax returns. With the current mortgage crisis, we can expect to see more of this type of activity. We suggest that when asked for verification, you use the sample lender letter we have created with the help of CAMICO, a major insurance carrier for CPAs in California.
