Haitian contribution conformity awaiting Governor's signature

AB 347 (Bass), which would conform California law to the federal election to deduct certain 2010 cash contributions to Haitian earthquake relief on 2009 returns, is awaiting the Governor's signature.

Once the bill is signed, taxpayers may make a separate election for state and federal purposes.
