2009 Economic Recovery Payment available online

Beginning March 23, the IRS will provide an online service to find out whether a taxpayer received the $250 Economic Recovery Payment that was sent to most Social Security recipients last year. Visit the website at:

In addition, the IRS provides a 24-hour automated telephone service:
