FTB Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights hearing

The FTB is scheduled to meet on December 3, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. at 9646 Butterfield Way in Rancho Cordova, CA. The meeting will include the annual Taxpayers' Bill of Rights hearing, which will allow taxpayers and tax practitioners the opportunity to present proposals to change existing state tax laws, or improve FTB publications or services.

Written materials pertaining to an agenda item or specific proposals should be submitted by 12:00 p.m., November 30, 2009, to Colleen Berwick at:
