COBRA extension

On March 2, the President signed into law H.R. 4691, which extends COBRA continuation premium subsidy for one month through March 31, 2010. In addition, it makes several clarifying and technical changes to it.

If passed, H.R. 4213, commonly known as the "Extenders" bill, would extend the COBRA premium subsidy through December 31, 2010.
