Eight Enterprise Zones conditionally designated

On January 31, 2008, the California Dept. of Housing and Community Development (HCD) provided these eight Enterprise Zones with a conditional designation, thus allowing businesses in the zones to begin claiming tax benefits:

Siskiyou County
San Joaquin County
East Los Angeles
Salinas Valley
Kings County
Oakland
West Sacramento
Santa Ana
