Forms changes for LPs

Effective January 1, 2010, all California limited partnerships (LPs), including LPs formed prior to January 1, 2008, are subject to the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2008. (AB 339 (Ch. 06-495); Corp. Code §§15900, et al.) The Secretary of State has posted new and revised forms to their Web site at: www.sos.ca.gov/business/be/forms.htm.
