Got suggestions for the FTB?

The annual Franchise Tax Board's Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Hearing is scheduled for November 28, 2007 beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Gerald H. Goldberg Auditorium at 9646 Butterfield Way in Rancho Cordova (FTB’s headquarters).

The FTB is encouraging the public to provide either written comments or oral comments at the hearing on any issues related to the laws or procedures administered by the FTB. You may submit written comments in advance for consideration at the meeting by the three-member Franchise Tax Board to:

The FTB will be audio streaming the meeting from their Web site at www.ftb.ca.gov. If you can’t listen in real time on November 28, 2007, the FTB stated that they will be archiving the meeting.
