Haitian contribution conformity now law

AB 347 (Ch. 10-8, signed March 15, 2010) conforms California law to the federal election to deduct certain 2010 cash contributions to Haitian earthquake relief on 2009 returns.

Taxpayers may make a separate election for state and federal purposes.
