LLC suspension update

Since March 2, 2009, the FTB has suspended 6,516 LLCs for failure to file and/or pay. Only 72 LLCs have revived since the suspension program began. After the FTB completes its initial suspension program in April 2010, the SOS will begin its suspension program for LLCs that failed to file their biennial Statements of Information.
