List of BOE’s largest tax delinquencies

The BOE has updated its Web site to include a list of California’s largest unpaid sales and use tax delinquencies greater than $100,000.

The debtors added to the list have delinquencies that total more than $21.1 million in sales and use tax owed. The list of the 250 largest sales and use tax delinquencies for fourth quarter 2011 totals more than $419.5 million owed.

The taxpayers identified to be listed are notified 30 days before their information is posted. (BOE News Release 136-11-H)
