New corporate Statements of Information

Effective January 1, 2008, prior versions of the Statement of Information forms indicated below are no longer acceptable for filing purposes with the Secretary of State. Due to the passage of SB 998 (Ch. 07-101), the Secretary of State has revised:

SI-100, Statement of Information - Domestic Nonprofit Corporation
SI-200 C, Statement of Information - Domestic Stock Corporation (complete)
SI-200 N/C, Statement of Information - Domestic Stock Corporations (no change)
SI-350, Statement of Information - Foreign Corporation

The revised forms are now available on the Secretary of State's website at http://www.sos.ca.gov/business/bpd_forms.htm.
