What are the requirements for listening to a Spidell
webinar?
You must have the ability to connect to the
internet and computer speakers to listen to the
presentation.
What should I expect when registering for a Spidell
Webinar?
Approximately one week prior to the webinar
date, Spidell will send you an e-mail requesting that you test your
system in preparation for the webinar. (Additional CPE recipients
will not receive this notice, it is only sent to the person ordering
the live presentation).
The day before the webinar, Spidell
will send you an e-mail containing the links to test your system if
you have not already done so, a link to the webinar materials and
the instructions for logging into the webinar.
Additional CPE
recipients will receive an e-mail once the webinar is completed with
instructions for logging into our self study website and completing
a short exam for their continuing education credits.
How do I register employees for the additional
CPE?
If registering online, go ahead and order multiple
CPE products. Once the information is processed into our system, a
Spidell representative will contact you for the name, e-mail address,
and professional license number for each recipient.
We can also provide access to a physical registration form that
you can fill out and send in to us for registration where you can
list each additional CPE registrant’s information (e-mail, name,
professional license number)
When should I log into the webinar?
Following
the JOIN LINK in the instruction e-mail you received the day before,
you can log into the webinar in preparation up to 30 minutes before
the webinar begins.
What happens when the presentation is over?
We
keep the webinar session open after the presentation is completed in
case you have any delays based on your internet connection.
What if I have a question about the
webinar?
You will have the ability to send a message to
a moderator through the chat feature through the company hosting our
presentation. If your question does not get answered during the
presentation, our speakers will do their best to follow up after the
presentation.
How do I get my CPE or Credit from the
presentation?
If you are the initial registration and were
the person logged in to the session, you will have the option of
answering the polling questions throughout the presentation, the
polling questions verify that you were present during the
presentation and as long as you answer 75% of them, your credit will
be given based on the live presentation. Your certificate of
completion will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours of the
presentation.
If you are an additional CPE registrant, you will need to take a
short exam once the presentation has concluded to receive your
certificate of completion. The test will be accessed and completed
through our online self study website and your certificate will be
available once you have passed the exam.
What do I get when I register for a
webinar?
You receive access to the live webinar
presentation and the ability to have others watch and listen with
you on one computer. You also get CPE. To receive credit for the
CPE, you must answer 75% of the polling questions throughout the
presentation. If you fail to answer enough questions, you will be
sent a short exam to take shortly after the webinar ends.
Additional purchased CPE recipients must complete the online exam
once the presentation is over to receive credits.
