FTB expands Customer Service Dashboard wait times

The FTB has made enhancements to their Customer Service Dashboard effective September 22, 2021. The Customer Service Dashboard provides accurate processing time frames, and wait times, for the different contact centers:

  • Customer service phone lines;
  • Tax Practitioner Hotline;
  • MyFTB Chat;
  • General Chat; and
  • Processing time frames for payments, refunds, tax returns, and correspondence.

The latest enhancement has expanded the wait time dashboard to include personal and business collections service channels.
