Fraud Friday: Alien harboring conspiracy

A restaurant owner in Nashville is facing 45 years in prison for tax evasion, money laundering, failing to pay employment tax, and harboring illegal aliens who he employed at his restaurant. The workers were from China and Guatemala, and lived with the taxpayer at his home. He would transport them back and forth to work in the restaurant, where they only worked in the kitchen so they would avoid interacting with restaurant patrons.
