Spidell seminars: The safety of our customers and our employees is our top priority.
With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Spidell understands that many of our customers have concerns. We would like to assure you that Spidell is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We are proactively preparing for possible live seminar cancellations.
We will provide updates of any changes and other relevant information to our customers registered for a live seminar.
May and July Seminars
In light of the CDC’s most recent recommendation to cancel or postpone in-person events, Spidell Publishing has made the difficult decision to convert our 2020 Post-Tax Season Update and Review seminar dates to live webinars taking place in May, and 2020 Summer Tax seminar dates to live webinars taking place in July.
We have already converted our live seminar registrants, to one of our live webinar dates. We sent e-mails to all affected customers informing them of this change. The email notifies you that you may attend the live webinar that is closest to the live seminar date you were registered for.
If you are unable to attend the webinar date that was chosen for you, you have several options:
- You may switch to a different live seminar date;
- You may switch to an on-demand webinar or self-study version of this course; or
- You may request a full refund. Please call our Customer Service department at (714) 776-7850 for help with any of these options.
Federal and California Tax Update
At this point we have not confirmed any live Federal and California Tax Update Seminar dates and locations, and we will not do so unless, and until, the Coronavirus situation is resolved to the point that it is safe to have live events. In the meantime, we will schedule multiple webinars for you to choose from.
We want you to rest assured that you will get the same quality material and speakers with our webinars that you get at our live seminars. Spidell is registered by NASBA, the IRS, CTEC, and the California Bar Association to provide live and on-demand webinars and self-studies.
Spidell is committed to providing you the CPE you need as safely as possible. We thank you for your patience as this situation continues to develop.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may call us at (714) 776-7850.
